Gemma Parker will be appearing as a Manchester Suffragette at Northern Art Carbooty alongside The Tattooed Lady, a 1900’s style penny arcade machine that dispenses temporary tattoos. This commissioned work is a celebration of 100 years since women got the vote in the UK and commemorates Manchester’s role as the birth place of Suffrage. Come along and get your own temporary tattoo and support the cause!
