Life in the Margins – an exploration of Liminal thresholds
In September 2016, members of the Islington Mill Art Academy proposed a project to explore the presence of liminality, liminal spaces and liminal thresholds in their work or as a lever to generate new work with which to explore the concept.
While this exhibition concludes the project, it is also only a milestone in an ongoing process and dialogue for us as an Academy and is presented to illustrate and share our individual interpretations of this far reaching aspect of all our every day lives.
Join us for drinks in the Islington Mill Gallery from 6.30-8.30 to discuss liminality and to find out more about the Art Academy. The show continue until Thursday 15th December.
