Joe is a sound-artist with interests in the experimental and ambient realms, he draws on live recordings and synthesized noise aiming for an engaging discourse between the real and the simulated. Occupying the space between unconventional techno and electroacoustic music, Joe’s varied output contains running stylistic themes of: obscured soundscapes, carefully considered harmonic structures and modular generative software set-ups that allow for interesting and unexpected results.
