Swan Song was founded by Josh Wilson in 2019, whose aim was to create a space for the public and professionals in the Greater Manchester area to come learn more about great coffee and gain accreditations whilst doing so. Education is in the foundation of Swan Song. But fits perfectly in with our specialism of delivering the highest quality mobile coffee bars you’ll experience in any commercial and private settings. No compromise on quality and values. We make sure we get outstanding results every time.

We host weekly workshops for the public to pass on our passion and knowledge for coffee. We proudly offer the accredited worldwide recognised ‘Coffee Skills Program’ overseen by the Speciality Coffee Association. We actively participate within the SCA UK Chapter in the competitions series held each year and try to champion causes in coffee that we believe will bring about great change.
