‘We’ll believe it when we see it…’ brings together the work of six artists from MsoA who’s practices focus on fiction, futures and the hyper real. We live in a time where reality appears insignificant, fragile, indefinable; A post-truth era. But did we ever really hold truth firmly in our hands, or were we just living in a more stable, more centralised imitation of it? If ‘seeing is believing’ reality is what you see, and in the era of ‘The internet of Me’ what we see is anything but universal.
We compared realities and they didn’t match, what do we do? Do we fight, destroy and impose to keep our reality feeling real, or see the funny side and fuck about in this limitless playroom.
