Islington Mill Arts Club
is seeking a highly organised art fundraising & sales administrator

2 days per week for 6 months – £80 per day

We are seeking an organised and efficient administrator to support an artist led fundraising campaign that includes the production and sale of art works, securing residency sponsors, applications to trusts and foundations and a crowd funding campaign. Your role will include all aspects of planning and implementing each phase of the campaign to Save Islington Mill where the roof is, literally, falling in.

You will support artists, the fundraising coordinator and identified champions and ambassadors of the campaign. You will be involved in organising promotions by the press, media, artists and celebrities. You must be adept on social media and may have an established network in Manchester or the North West. You will be well organised and confident in hosting private and public views, have proven administration skills and be able to service and take minutes at project and Board meetings. You will be highly organised, even within a disorganised environment, good with people, have some sales experience and be capable of setting up and monitoring sales and distribution systems and targets.
